[Migrated] DinoThunder Deluxe Megazord Toy Line

According to the Bandai Representative at the Toy Convention, Bandai (America) will not be releasing the DX Brachio Zord in stores...

Megazords Released (so far):

01 DX Thundersaurus Megazord
02 DX Dino Stegazord with {bonus} Dimetro Zord
03 DX Blizzard Force Megazord*

*Modified color scheme of the Japanese Counterpart [DX Bakurenoh]

Coming Soon:

01 Dino Companions will be released as Toy 'R' Us Exclusives...
- Cephala Zord
- Parasaur Zord and the
- Ankylo Zord
02 DX Mezodon Megazord

2008 Comments:

Wow, the Americans got screwed big time because the Cephala Zord was not released at all. At the same time, the high demand jacked up the prices of the Japanese Version to horrible heights.

[Migrated] Inflated Prices at Toys 'R' Us

I bought Set 2 of the Dekaranger Robo Candy Toy at S$6.90 today, when other places like Comics Connection sold them at only S$6.00.

Seriously, where's the price tag when I didn't see any? If I knew that Toys 'R' Us would be more expensive, I wouldn't have bought it... Hahah.

[Migrated] Complains about Bandai America...

To put it simply, Bandai America sucks! Compared to Bandai Japan, which is an awesome Toy Manufacturer of quality, what is the American Branch doing?!

If anyone has noticed, since they shifted most of their productions to China, the quality of the products suffered greatly and don't really feel as durable as before.

Worse, they messed up the recent toylines pretty badly, with quite some missing releases. Too bad, I'm couldn't afford the Japanese-Imported Versions at the moment.

Some Notable Examples:

[Power Rangers Time Force]

-DX Provider Base

The DX Transwarp Megazord was not released, which played an important role of sending the Time Flyers and had significant screen-time.

[Power Rangers Wild Force]

-DX Gao-Elephant

The Wild Zords are released in Megazord Formats rather than the Individual Ones which means there are repeats and missing ones. Notably, the Elephant Zord.

[Power Rangers Ninja Storm]

-DX Revolver Mammoth

No DX Mighty Mammoth Zord. I have to admit that this is way too big in size and economically unfeasible in the American Market.

As for Power Rangers DinoThunder, we shall see...

[Migrated] First Post

Tomorrow is the season finale for Time Force! However, I still couldn't find the VCDs (by HVN) for Time Force Volume 17, Special Volume 1 and 2, which is very sad because my collection would be incomplete. How I wish to have a DVD recorder, so that I could record the episodes on DVDs.

Finally, Wild Force is premiering next Sunday. Singapore is seriously lagging behind...

2008 Comments:

Wow, DVD Recorders back in 2004 must be freaking expensive and I actually wanted to have one? LoL~
